MINVALEEV / System integration
System integration for everyday business workflows
When data passes between applications, people still need to know which record is current and who handles the next step. MINVALEEV develops integrations that transfer data, track progress and make failed transfers visible.
Connect the systems involved
We map the trigger, source and target systems, field relationships and access requirements. Together we identify which steps can run under fixed rules and which need review. Where an interface or licence limits the design, that dependency belongs in the scope before implementation begins.
The specification is attached.”
From an incoming email to a work item
For an enquiry with a reference and an attached document, a workflow could identify the request, check the required information and prepare a work item with links to the relevant records. A responsible person reviews any proposed action that needs approval. Where that review takes place depends on the available systems and permissions.
The output is a work item whose origin and status remain visible. Missing details go back for clarification; the workflow does not invent them.
What the project can include
- A map of the process and interfaces, including data ownership, field mappings and who is responsible for each step.
- The integration, with data checks, progress tracking and agreed approval steps.
- Tests for successful transfers, duplicate requests, revoked access and interrupted operations.
- Operating instructions that explain known limits and how to resume work manually. Monitoring and ongoing support are agreed separately.
Handle duplicates, lost access and outages
The same request arrives twice. Identify it before repeating the business action. Agree how requests and completed operations are recorded, including what happens when a retry follows a partial failure.
Access is withdrawn. Stop the affected operation, make the reason visible and route it to the responsible person. An email or attachment cannot grant system access.
The destination is unavailable. Preserve a clear transfer state. Define which steps can safely retry and which need manual reconciliation before work resumes.
Before implementation
The project needs usable interfaces, suitable licences and an approved access method. Data quality, expected volumes and ownership affect the design. We agree the tests and acceptance responsibility with you. If an existing system cannot expose the required information reliably, the first outcome may be a revised approach rather than a connector.
