Software and AI for industry-specific tasks
A healthcare enquiry, a delayed shipment and a change to a drawing need different handling. The following workflows show where integration, custom software or AI could help. What can be implemented depends on the systems and permissions available.
MINVALEEV works with you to choose a first task and agree who will review the result.
Healthcare: administration, data and search
Administrative enquiries and approved information sources offer a possible starting point. A workflow can sort requests, identify missing information and prepare a response using current procedures. A separate data check can flag incomplete or inconsistent fields for staff to resolve.
The first implementation can use a permitted export or a documented interface to the administrative system. Before connecting sensitive records, we define the minimum data needed, authorised roles and retention with you. Staff approve outgoing replies and record changes. Clinical decisions, diagnosis and treatment remain outside this starting scope.
Logistics: identify shipment problems for dispatch staff
Dispatch staff review
Order references and shipment events can arrive from different systems and at different times. An integration can match an event to an order, check its sequence and place an unresolved exception in a review queue. An agent can prepare the context and a proposed next step.
A first scope could connect an agreed TMS or ERP export, API or webhook to an internal work queue. Duplicate events, missing references and late updates need explicit handling. Dispatch staff approve changes that affect bookings, prices or commitments; the workflow records which action succeeded before retrying.
Architecture: actions inside CAD and BIM tools
An agent could help make agreed changes inside a supported CAD or BIM application. In AutoCAD, a restricted .NET command could prepare a layer and add selected geometry to a working copy. In Revit, an add-in could create a specified set of model lines from supplied coordinates and present the change for review.
The agent supplies a structured request to a restricted command; it does not get unrestricted control of the application. The integration checks the document, units and permitted objects, shows the change and requires approval before accepting it. The agreed implementation would include a record of changes and a tested way to restore the working copy.
The exact edition, version, API access and project conditions determine feasibility. Begin on a project copy, with an architect responsible for the design review. Engineering calculations, regulatory approval and issuing a final plan remain separate responsibilities.
Legal work: preliminary analysis linked to the documents
Within a defined matter, a workflow can compare document versions, organise events into a chronology and prepare a preliminary issue list. Each point should link to the relevant document and passage, distinguishing recorded facts, proposed interpretations and unanswered questions.
A first scope can use an approved document collection or an authorised connection to the firm's document system. Access stays separated by matter. A legal professional checks the sources and analysis before advice, filing or external correspondence. The workflow supports that review; it does not certify a legal conclusion or calculate binding deadlines autonomously.
Begin with one workflow
We check the available connection and agree a first test around your application, the change you need and the person who will approve the result.
