MINVALEEV / AI consulting and agents
AI agents that carry out agreed tasks in business software
An AI agent can be designed to interpret a request and carry out an agreed action in an application, such as creating a draft work item. Its connection to the software limits which operations are available. MINVALEEV combines AI consulting with implementation around a specific task, the tools available and the consequences of an error.
Decide whether the task needs AI
Predictable transfers usually belong in a rule-based integration. AI becomes relevant when requests vary, documents need interpretation or the next step depends on context. We compare rules, search and AI against the expected result before choosing a model.
Specify what the agent may do
A workflow might classify an enquiry, assemble its context and create a draft work item in an approved system. Another might prepare a batch of drawing changes for review inside a supported CAD application. For each operation, we specify the information it needs, the records or objects it may change and how to check the result.
Reading, drafting, writing and sending are separate permissions. Routine operations can run within the agreed boundary. A new recipient, an expanded scope or a consequential change requires approval. Text in a document cannot grant new rights.
Verify the action, then record the outcome
Before changing a record or document, the workflow should check that it is still current. Afterwards, it should confirm the change in the application and guard against repeating the same action. Tests cover denied access, stale records, interrupted operations and misleading input. Logs should connect the request, approval and result without collecting unnecessary content. If something goes wrong, the system may support undoing the change; otherwise, the handover should explain how to correct it.
Choose the operating environment
Local, private and hosted options are assessed against the data and tool requirements. Model costs, evaluation, maintenance and support are scoped explicitly. A tested first workflow gives you a basis for deciding on production use.
