MINVALEEV / Custom software

Custom software where standard tools fall short

An internal application can show a request, its documents and pending approvals in one place. Before building it, MINVALEEV examines whether configuration or integration could solve the same problem. We define the application's purpose and responsibility with you.

Sales reviews the quotation before it goes to the customer.

We work through the task with its users and define the information each role needs, including normal work and exceptions. The first module might be a request workspace, an approval interface or a shared service used by another application.

Work with existing business systems

We define which system owns each record and which operations the new application may perform. The design covers validation, permissions, duplicates and recovery when a connected system fails. A customer portal adds its own user and access requirements; it is not simply an internal screen made public.

Make the result testable and maintainable

The project can include the agreed module, interface documentation, acceptance tests and operating instructions. We agree separately what deployment, migration, maintenance and further development involve. A broader platform is justified only when the shared components and further uses are clear.
