MINVALEEV develops search and AI-assisted answers based on the documents each user is allowed to access. We begin with one document collection, a defined user group and the questions they need to answer.

For a service enquiry, the workflow can bring together the relevant procedure and earlier decisions, then prepare a reply linked to those sources. The reviewer checks that the sources are relevant and up to date before using the answer. Where the evidence is missing or contradictory, the result should expose the gap rather than fill it with a confident guess.
Respect document access rights
The design must preserve access restrictions through retrieval, answer preparation and any stored results. Source owners, document versions, updates and deletions are part of the scope. Adding a new department or collection means checking its access requirements, not simply importing more files.

Test answers, not just search results
We test familiar questions, unsupported requests, outdated documents and users with different access rights. Each answer is checked against its sources. Tests also cover withdrawn access to search results and saved answers, and misleading instructions inside a document.
The agreed result can include connected sources, a search-and-draft interface, evaluation results and instructions for maintaining the collection. Sending a reply or changing a business record requires a separate action permission.
